Rachel Schwartz Named Social Media & Digital Content Cooridnator 

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Hockey announced today that Rachel Schwartz (Ridgefield, Conn.) has been named social media & digital content coordinator.

Schwartz, who most recently served as a digital producer with NBC Olympics for the 2014 Olympic Winter Games, will be responsible for social and digital media related campaigns and strategies in support of USA Hockey initiatives and programs.

Prior to joining NBC Olympics, Schwartz served as a production assistant for the National Basketball Association’s Utah Jazz, as well as a communications intern for NY1 News and SportsNet New York where she was responsible for coverage of New York City area professional sports teams.

A 2013 graduate of Brigham Young University, Schwartz has also spent time as a sideline reporter for BYUtv covering various Division I NCAA sports.

A Chinese father is temporarily stuck in South Korea because his four-year-old son drew him an adorable picture - all over his passport.
