A 49-year-old woman was stopped for speeding four times in about 2½ hours on a southern Minnesota interstate while on a mission to make it to her granddaughter's school event. Her first of four tickets came at about 2:30 Friday. The fourth at about 5 PM. She did not make it to her granddaughter's school event.
