The latest on the stadium debate has the Province capping it's financial contribution at 30% of cost, to a maximum of $80 million. Also, the possibility of a "reasonable" loan for the stadium project has also been mentioned, as well as the facility will need to be "roof ready" before any money is dished out. The city, the Riders and private-sector partners will need to raise the rest of the money needed to build the stadium.
