The U.S. has made it to the gold-medal game the last three seasons, most recently earning the world title in 2010. The roster announcement comes following a two-day tryout camp in Lakewood, Colo., at the Rocky Mountain Roller Hockey Rink.

"Our tryout camp provided a great pool for us to select this year's team," said Joe Cook, head coach of the U.S. Inline National Team. "I really like our mix of players and we are looking forward to heading to Germany to begin the tournament."

The roster is highlighted by eight U.S. Inline National Team veterans, including C.J. Yoder (Colorado Springs, Colo.), who will be representing the U.S. for the seventh time (2001, 2004, 2007, 2009-11).

In addition, six members of last year's U.S. Inline National Team are represented on the roster, including defensemen Anthony Miner (Glendora, Calif.), Rafael Rodriguez and Yoder and forwards Junior Cadiz (Los Angeles, Calif.), Shawn Gawrys (St. Louis, Mo.) and Nathan Sigmund (San Diego, Calif.).
