A piece of the space shuttle Columbia has been discovered in an east Texas lake. The shuttle broke up when re-entering the atmosphere in 2003, killing its seven-person crew. The newly-discovered part is a tank 4 feet in diameter that contributed power and water to the shuttle. The part was discovered after a drought lowered the lake's water level.

ST PETERSBURG -- Tampa Bay's hitting woes at Tropicana Field continued Tuesday as it dropped another low-scoring affair, this time to the Blue Jays, 3-1, in front of 13,333 to open up a 10-game homestand.
With the Red Sox and the Yankees continuing to extend their leads over the Rays in the American League East standings, Toronto inched to half a game behind Tampa Bay for third place in the division.
