Tickets on Sale for 2011 Under-17 Five Nations Tournament
Tournament to Take Place in Ann Arbor, Mich., Aug. 9-13

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Tickets are now available for the 2011 Under-17 Five Nations Tournament, which will take place Aug. 9-13 at the Ann Arbor Ice Cube in Ann Arbor, Mich.

The 2011 Under-17 Five Nations Tournament will include games between teams from the Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia, Switzerland and the United States, and will feature many of the top hockey players under the age of 17 from around the world. Day passes (two games) range from $5 for children and seniors to $10 for adults, while tournament passes (10 games) range from $20 to $40.

To order, call the Ann Arbor Ice Cube box office at 734-327-9251, or stop by in person at 2121 Oak Valley Dr., Ann Arbor, MI 48103, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. A full tournament schedule can be found below.

NOTES: The U.S. Under-17 Select Team roster was announced last week, and can be found here ... All games will take place in the Ann Arbor Ice Cube's Stadium Rink ... The Ann Arbor Ice Cube is home to USA Hockey's National Team Development Program.

SAN FRANCISCO --  Over the last two seasons, Matt Cain has been all but untouchable with three runs of support. Before Tuesday night, he was 17-0 with a 2.35 ERA dating back to 2010 when he had at least a trio of runs on the board.
Tuesday night brought the rare exception to the rule, as the Giants backed Cain with three runs in the first four innings but ended up falling, 5-3, to the Padres in AT&T Park. Making the loss even more difficult to swallow for Cain, he was only one pitch away from avoiding that fate.
