A quick post for Saturday

Hi gang. It's a lazy Saturday, so here's the Reader's Digest version of what's happening....

NHL playoffs are near set. Dallas in the West and the Rangers in the East are both two points out of a playoff spot and each have just one game left. Go here to see what the playoff matchups are looking like at this time.

The Tampa Bay Rays won their first game of 2011 last night, beating the White Sox 9-7. A five-run ninth, keyed by a three-run blast by Dan Johnson, was the difference.

************************************************

Aaron Rowand's tie breaking RBI single with two outs in the 12th inning enabled the San Francisco Giants to outlast the St. Louis Cardinals, 5-4. It was San Francisco's first-ever home game as defending World Series Champions. (I like the sound of that!)

Jimmy loved the library's play wall when he was younger.

Elvis Presley entered the annual Minstral Show at Humes High School on this date in 1953. On this date in 1964, Capitol Records won the rights to distribute the Beatles' recordings in the U.S. from VeeJay. And on this date in 1912, the first exhibition baseball game was held at Fenway Park in Boston. The game was between Red Sox and Harvard.

How to watch the videos on Oh Baby Vision

In the upper left hand corner, there's three horizontal lines. Click that once or twice and it'll bring up thumbnails of all the movies. Click on the one you want to watch and it'll start. It may play the next one automatically, or you may have to click the little box to bring the thumbnails back up.

Now with the addition of more videos, just use the scroll bar on the right to choose the one you want to watch.

I hope you like 'em
