LOS ANGELES -- Saturday was a time of revival for the Giants.

Miguel Tejada batted leadoff, which he hadn't done in nearly 12 years. Mark DeRosa was in the lineup, a privilege he had been denied for almost 11 months.

They contributed to a widespread effort that led the Giants past the Los Angeles Dodgers, 10-0, thus cleansing the atmosphere of San Francisco's one-run defeats in the season's first two games.
