Carlos Rivera was angry that a census worker got all the information from his child.

As the 69-year-old census counter was leaving, Rivera got home — and demanded the census form back, according to the Volusia County Sheriff's Office. The census worker wasn't going to give up the form.

Rivera reached into the car and wrestled with the census employee until he was able to take the form from the worker, reports the Daytona Beach News-Journal. Now Rivera has a count against him: burglary with assault.

And this isn't the first time a census worker was down for the count — a man also attacked a census worker with a pickax in Tampa.

That's all for now. Enjoy your Saturday, see you tomorrow.
